The Cocoon Swaddle Bag with a 3.5 TOG rating is designed as a zip-up swaddle for newborns, ensuring a secure and warm sleep without the complexity of traditional wrapping. This TOG-rated swaddle is suitable for room temperatures ranging from 14-19°C (57-66°F), eliminating the need for additional blankets in the crib or bassinet, ensuring a safe sleep environment for babies. The chest area has a 1.0 TOG rating to prevent overheating and allow for unrestricted chest movement during breathing.

There are three sleeping options for your baby with the Cocoon Swaddle Bag:
1. It can be used as a zip-up swaddle by securing the arm-poppers, suitable from birth to when the baby starts rolling.
2. It can be used with a Butterfly Cardi (available separately) to allow for a hands-up sleeping position for babies who prefer this style, suitable from birth to when the baby starts rolling.
3. It can be used as an arms-out swaddle by opening the arm-poppers and releasing the arms, suitable from birth to 12 months.
