Orders placed Monday to Friday will be posted within 24 hours of the order being placed (Can be longer in peak periods eg sales). All purchases are posted through Australia Post. Once you receive you're tracking number you can track the progress of your order via the Australia Post app or website.

Lunar Bay takes no responsibility for incorrect postal addresses, & we do not take responsibility if you do not receive your item due to an incorrect address. As a customer it is your responsibility to check the address you have entered and verify postcodes, street names, suburbs and street numbers are all correct and spelt correctly before submitting the postal details in the checkout process.
