Hansa / Sitting Red Fox 30cm

The fox is the tiniest member of the dog family, which also includes wolves, coyotes, jackals, and dogs. Foxes can be found across the Americas, Eurasia, and Africa, primarily living in forest and chaparral desert areas.

Most foxes have a diet that consists of rabbits, birds' eggs, fruits, large insects, and carrion. They typically mate in midwinter, and after a gestation period of 49-56 days, the vixen gives birth to 2-8 cubs in a den, which is often an enlarged groundhog hole.

Size approximately: 30cm (measured from head to bottom, excluding the tail) or 25cm from the top of the head to the base of the front foot.
